This refreshing twist on the classic Gin & Tonic combines the bright, citrusy flavours of limoncello with the crisp, herbal notes of Soulmate Gin, creating a truly unique and delightful drink.
Ingredients:
50ml No.6 Soulmate Gin
75ml Limoncello
50ml Lemon Juice
50ml Sugar Syrup
Club Soda, Slice of Lemon, Fresh Ice
Instructions:
Add fresh ice to two highball glasses. Add No.6 Soulmate Gin, Limoncello, fresh lemon juice & sugar syrup to a cocktail mixer filled with ice & shake, shake, shake! Strain into your highball glasses, top up with club soda & gently stir to combine, garnish with a slice of lemon… refreshingly moreish!
