We’re Debbie and Sharon, best friends with a passion for adventure, small-batch artisan believers and gin enthusiasts and the co-founders of Soulmate Spirits.
Our journey started, as all the best ones do, with a walk, a laugh and a damn good gin & tonic!
Over the years, we’ve raised glasses through life’s highs and lows – celebrating friendship, love, heartache and all the messy magic in between. And somewhere along one of our many yomps through the beautiful Kent countryside, we had our lightbulb moment:
Why not combine our love of great spirits with our love of thoughtful giving?
From that spark Say It With Gin was born – our first adventure into small-batch distilling and personalised bottles. What started as a gifting business has grown into something much bigger: a desire to make exceptional spirits that weren’t just delicious, but meaningful too.
Today, we’ve evolved into Soulmate Spirits, a premium spirit brand rooted in connection, craft and damn-good taste. Still just the two of us. Still proudly based in Kent. Still sourcing and distilling in Cornwall with people who care as much as we do.
Whether it’s poured for a party or just because, shared with a soulmate or enjoyed solo – we’re here to make it count.

We distil our Kent gin and vodka in small batches, made in partnership with a family-run distillery in Cornwall. It’s quality over quantity – every time (why Cornwall? – because the water is *chefs kiss* perfection, family connections and the team we work with are just brilliant)
